Calling singers for the new season

City Choir Dunedin is ready to burst into song again! The first rehearsal for 2015 is on
Tuesday 27 January 2015, 7:30 pm
at the Mornington Presbyterian Community Centre, 16 Maryhill Terrace, Mornington, Dunedin.

We are calling back old members and inviting new singers to join us for what is promising to be a very exciting year. We'll be singing old favourites like Mozart's Requiem, Vaughan Williams's A Sea Symphony and Handel's Messiah, get some untried (for us) works like the Schubert Stabat Mater off the shelf, and dabble in some other interesting performances, like a concert of folk songs with St Kilda Brass. Also on the cards is another concert in which we'll join forces with the Dunedin Youth Orchestra, but more information about that will be revealed in a while... watch this space.

If you think you'd like to join City Choir, browse our Singers page for more information and contact our friendly membership secretary Loraine at or give her a call on 454 4534.
